1. What are your shipping times?
- UK Orders: 7-14 business days
- International Orders: 14-31 business days (depending on location)
Please note that processing times may vary slightly during peak seasons or promotional events.
2. How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can also check your order status anytime using our Track Your Order page.
3. Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags attached.

4. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations can only be made if it has not been shipped yet. Please contact us immediately at your.bohouse@outlook.com if you need to make any changes. We'll do our best to help.
5. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! BOHOUSE offers international shipping to most countries. Please note that shipping times vary depending on your location (see above for estimated times).
6. Are customs fees included in my order?
Customs fees, import duties, and taxes are not included in your order total. These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your country’s customs policies for more information.
7. My tracking number isn’t updating — what should I do?
Tracking updates can sometimes be delayed, especially during busy shipping periods. If your tracking hasn’t updated for more than 5 days, please contact our support team, and we’ll be happy to assist.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options. All payment methods will be available during the checkout process.
9. Do you offer gift cards?
At the moment, we don't offer gift cards. This is something we are considering to develop our service more.
10. My item arrived damaged or incorrect — what should I do?
We’re so sorry about that! Please email us at your.bohouse@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll get this resolved as quickly as possible.
11. Do you offer discounts for first-time shoppers?
Yes! Sign up for our emails and get 15% off your first order, plus exclusive updates on new arrivals and promotions. This option should pop up for you when you first enter our website.
